Refund policy

We want you you love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit only. 

Return Requirements 

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  
• Once your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to Shop KG Boutique.
• Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect your return. 

Preorder Refund Policy 

All preorder items are made available in limited quantities and ordered specifically based on customer demand. Because of this, preorder purchases cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once the order has been placed. 

Estimated shipping dates are listed in each product description but are subject to change due to manufacturer or shipping delays. Delays do not qualify for a refund. 

If Shop KG is unable to fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. 

Once your preorder is delivered, it is eligibkle for our standard return policy. Approved returns will be issused as store credit only. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Final sale items, accessories, jewelry, hats, gift cards, and any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
